I No All the chris brown fans were happy to see him perform at the B.E.T Awards 09 but Mr.Jay-z said '' ME and B (beyonce) will NOT perform if that LITTLE CHUMP chris brown perform'' so because of jay-z we couldnt have seen a wonder tribute to micheal jackson from one of his biggest fan Chris Brown
